What to Expect at Your First Visit
From the moment you walk into our office and are greeted by our Administrative Team, we want you to feel as if you are part of our extended family. We strive to provide optimum dental services to our valued customers, offering professional, safe, and compassionate care. We achieve this through a highly skilled and friendly team of specialty dental providers.
Your appointment time will be a special one-on-one visit with Dr. Roger Chen. They will take all the time necessary to discuss your dental health levels, dental needs, and your immediate and long-term dental goals. They will answer any questions you have and show you photos and videos that make it easier to understand what is happening in your mouth. You can also expect a thorough and balanced review of all your treatment options, including the option of doing nothing at all! We will always try to keep your visits as efficient as possible, ensuring that it starts on time and ends on time. We always follow up with you after every visit so that you can provide us with your feedback on how we can further meet your needs.
